VrOneŽ PHOTOGRAMMETRIC MAPPING SOFTWARE CHOSEN BY BAE SYSTEMS FOR INTEGRATION WITH SOCET SET
Cardinal Systems of Flagler Beach, Florida is pleased to announce that BAE Systems has selected its core product, VrOne, to be their platform of choice to complement SOCET SET. BAE’s decision confirms what many VrOne Users have already found – that VrOne is the best photogrammetric data collection and edit software on the market today.
VrOne was designed specifically for the mapping environment, and combines disciplines such as data collection and editing, Digital Terrain Modeling, image display, and data translation into a single easy-to-use program. Mike Kitaif, Cardinal’s Software Development Manager, credits the close relationship with a working production environment during the development of VrOne as a crucial element of successful mapping software. Mike says, “We would like to assure our Vr Users, that our fulltime Support and Development effort will not only continue, but be enhanced by this joining and that all Vr products (VrOne, VrTwo, VrOrtho, VrMosaic, VrAirTrig and VrImageUtil) will continue to be developed, sold and supported by Cardinal Systems. We welcome our new partner, BAE and all SOCET SET Users to our family of Vr Users.”
